DOSING AND ADMINISTRATION

  • A ‘loading’ dose protocol of 4 infusions over 2-3 weeks is recommended, followed by a maintenance dose every 6-8 weeks or as needed.
  • We recommend starting with a 500mg infusion unless otherwise specified by one of our medical providers.
  • The infusion rate is 125mg/hr, so a 250mg infusion is 2 hours, a 500mg infusion is 4 hours and a 1000mg infusion is 8 hours.
  • Some people report feeling “warm” or “crampy” during the infusion but these temporary sensations are easily solved by slowing down the infusion.
